Protecting your data is very important to us at Mongolei-Reise, Henrich LLC. Therefore, the purpose of the following data protection provisions is to inform you about the handling, acquisition, use and forwarding of personal data.
Processing of recorded data
The data recorded within the scope of the tour is used exclusively for the performance of the booked tour and services and for customer support purposes. This is also the purpose of a list of participants of the tour comprising surnames, first names and phone numbers, which each tour member can receive before starting the tour. If you do not want to be included in the list you can notify Henrich LLC of this in the registration form when booking the tour.
Other data is recorded automatically by our IT systems when you visit our website. This is technical data such as the Internet browser, the operating system and the time the website was visited. This data is recorded automatically as soon as you enter our website.
If you contact us via phone, email or contact form because you have questions and are interested in a tour, you give us your consent for the purposes of this contact. You must enter a valid email address for this purpose. This email address is used to assign your query and the subsequent response. The provision of further data is optional. The data entered by you is saved in order to process the query and for any subsequent questions that may arise.
We store this data in our systems until the statutory retention periods have expired.
Comment function
If you use our comment function, the personal data provided by you is saved. This is for our own security because we can be prosecuted for illegal content on our website.
Newsletter
If you want to receive newsletters provided by us, we require a valid email address from you and your consent to receiving the newsletter. We also require information from you that permit us to check whether you are the owner of the specified email address. Further data is not acquired, or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for this purpose and do not forward it to third parties.
The data that you give us for the purpose of receiving the newsletter is stored by us until you unsubscribe to the newsletter, after which it is deleted.

Plug-ins of social networks such as Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA) are integrated in our web pages. Our website uses the functions of Google Analytics (Google Inc.), a web analysis service of Google Inc. This process makes use of text files (cookies) that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of the usage of the website. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and from the visitor data of third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the display settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the recording of your data by Google Analytics as shown in the section “Objection to data recording”.
Youtube
Our website uses plug-ins of the YouTube page operated by Google (YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA94066, USA). When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plug-in, a connection is set up to the YouTube servers. In the process, the YouTube server is notified which of our pages you visited.
If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
We use YouTube in order to display our online product in an attractive way. This is a legitimate interest as per Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR.
